About the LPCA

Founded in 1972, we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the State of Maryland created to promote and protect the common interests of the residents of Locust Point. Those eligible to be members of the Locust Point Civic Association are defined as follows: All people 18 years or older residing in the area bounded by Lawrence Street on the west and the Patapsco River to the north, south and east.
