How do I report non-police safety concerns like street light outages, overgrown properties, traffic calming requests, problematic liquor license holders, animal safety issues, etc.?
You may call 311, submit a service request via the 311 mobile app, or submit a service request via 311 website. Please keep a record of your service request number and the date you made the request. Note: Some street lights are managed by BGE and not the city. You can check who manages them and report BGE light outages here.
I submitted a 311 request and it was closed/the expected resolution date has passed. What do I do now?
