Inner Harbor Fireworks
Mayor Brandon M. Scott has announced the return of festivities and fireworks to the Inner Harbor this year! The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA), Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO), and Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore (WPB) are collaborating on the evening’s programming to create a truly special event. Also participating in the day’s festivities is a host of renowned Baltimore institutions including the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB), Baltimore Orioles, American Visionary Arts Museum (AVAM), National Aquarium in Baltimore, and WJZ. This spectacular free Independence Day celebration with music, history, and performing arts is worthy of Baltimore. The Promenade will come alive from Fells Point to Rash Field. The event will kick off with a traditional performance by the Navy Band Commodores at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater. The performance will last about 2.5 hours with a brief intermission. Between concerts, there will be street performers and activities from various attractions along the entire promenade. Additionally, WPB and DPOB are teaming up to coordinate local food trucks at West Shore Park by the Visitors Center.
